I am pleased and excited to announce that Microsoft Press and I have embarked on a project for a new book tentatively entitled Windows 3D: Three-Dimensional Graphics Programming for the Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation.

I've often wished that books had posters just like movies, so here's one for this book:

We anticipate that Windows 3D will be about 350 pages in length, and we're hoping it hits the stores by early summer.

Of course, in the months ahead I'll be blogging about my progress with the book, and I'll undoubtedly release a few little “teasers” and “tidbits” from time to time. Stay tuned...
